The following restricted breeds can be allowed on a case by case basis with management’s consent. May be permitted with a temperament test.
  • Pet Monthly Rent Min/Max: $35 - $70
  • Pet Policy: Restricted: Pit bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, American Bull Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernhards, and Akitas. All other animals are prohibited, including snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas. No visiting pets. If a pet is found, a $500 pet fee will be charged to the account and is due immediately. Animals must be on a lease.

  • Parking Comment: The Nest does have a resident garage that can be used for a $75 monthly fee. There is also public street parking available.
